**COVID Protocols**

Beginning Sunday April 17, 2022

(Your Health and Safety are Our Top Priorities)

All worship attendees (adults and children) will enter through the Anderson Hall or Heritage Center (Front Entrance) Doors.

Upon entering the church, please show proof of vaccination and booster shots (or have had a negative PCR Covid Test within 48 hours of worship service) or show the results of a Rapid Test.

Hand sanitizer stations will be available at entrances and exits.

If you have any signs of illness (e.g., fever, cough, difficulty breathing, headache, dizziness and other signs of illness), please stay home and join us on line for worship.

All worship attendees must fill out a Registration Form which includes a Liability Waiver and Release of Claims.

N95 or KN95 MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES (including when singing). If you forget your mask, the church has a limited supply available and one will be provided for you at the door. Make sure your mask covers your nose and mouth.

There will be a limit of 100 worshippers in the sanctuary and an overflow space provided in Anderson Hall, if over 100 persons are attending.

Social distancing must be maintained as much as possible including seating in the pews.

There will be an offering box in the Narthex to place your offering upon entering. If you forget, you may go to the Count Room and place your envelope in the box slot in the door.

The Passing of the Peace and Coffee Hour have been suspended from worship at this time.

The Nursery Service will not be available at this time.

When the worship service has ended, please exit through the sanctuary doors immediately with minimum socializing inside.

Thank you for adhering to these guidelines.

Please complete the In-Person Registration Form below by noon on Saturday.
